"Account changes were kind of a hassle"
I tried updating my account details and, honestly... it took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the end of the world, but yeah, the whole process felt a bit more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Could Use More Country Options"
I was hoping this would cover a few more countries than it does. I checked through the details and even looked back at the confirmation email/receipt to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, but the coverage is just more limited than I expected. It works fine if your country is included, but for my needs it felt a bit too restricted

"Ugh, shoppassport.com was frustrating"
Tried using shoppassport.com yikes. The pages were slow, some buttons just didn’t respond, and finding basic info took way longer than it should have. The layout on my phone felt cluttered too. Annoying. I ended up giving up before I even finished what I went there to do.

"Shipping Killed the Mood"
I was kind of annoyed when I saw the shipping cost ended up being more than what I actually ordered. At that point, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"not Super accurate"
I tried it out it wasn't very accurate for me. Some parts were okay, but a lot of the results felt off, so I wouldn’t really rely on it too much

"Did anyone else have a super slow delivery?"
My package finally showed up, but it took way longer than I expected. I get that delays happen, but the wait was frustrating. Not sure if this is normal for them, but I definitely wasn’t happy with how long it took.

Used shoppassport.com and the document requirements were clear, which was a nice change from the usual confusing crap. I didn’t have to sit there guessing like an idiot about what to upload. One part did take me a minute to figure out, but overall it was simple enough and saved me from a bunch of annoying back-and-forth. Giving it 4 stars because a couple spots could still use more detail.

"Mobile site was really frustrating"
I tried using shoppassport.com on my phone it was frustrating. I was going to place an order, but, actually, I tried to place an order a few times, and the pages were slow, some buttons didn’t respond right, and the checkout kept shifting around while I was typing my info.

After a few attempts, I just gave up. Maybe the desktop version works better, but on mobile it felt kind of broken and not worth dealing with

"Lost package and awkwardly unhelpful support"
My package has been sitting with the same tracking update for weeks, and I felt kind of embarrassed even having to keep checking and asking about it like I was overreacting. Nothing changed, and nobody seemed to actually know where it was.
I reached out to support, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer anything. I totally understand that delays happen, but the way shoppassport handled it made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be. I wouldn’t want to use them again

"Why is getting a refund so complicated?"
I sent my return back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. The whole process feels way more complicated than it should be, and every time I contact support I just get the same copy-and-paste response. At this point I just want my money back and a clear update

"Self-service portal could be a lot clearer"
I was trying to update my order info through the portal, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. A lot of the options don’t really explain what’s going to happen next, which seems like something that should be standard. At one point, it kept sending me back in a loop instead of letting me finish. I did get it sorted out eventually, but the whole process could definitely use some common-sense improvements.

"I’m annoyed with the whole…"
I’m annoyed with the whole experience. I thought I had paid everything at checkout, but then later I got hit with extra customs and duties charges. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t clear or easy to notice. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue for ages just to try and sort it out, which made it even more frustrating. It felt misleading, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I’ve used shoppassport.com with a handful of different retailers, and overall it’s been consistent for me. Most of the time, the order details show up correctly and the tracking updates are fairly easy to follow. I did have one store where it seemed a little slow to sync, but it wasn’t a huge issue. It’s probably not perfect, but it more or less does what I need and saves me from checking each retailer’s site separately

"Clear enough, but the updates could be quicker"
I used shoppassport for my order, and to be fair, the communication was clear overall. I got emails at the main steps, so I wasn’t totally left wondering what was going on with my package. That said, some of the updates felt a bit slow, which was mildly annoying because I ended up checking back myself. Nothing was confusing or a huge problem, but it would’ve been nicer if the info came through a little faster

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve used shoppassport.com a few times now, and my packages have shown up around when they said they would. The tracking is kinda easy to follow too, which is nice. One order did take an extra day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say the delivery has been reliable

"Works Well, But My Wallet Felt It"
It does the job just fine, no real complaints there. But wow, the price did make me pause for a second like I was making some grand life decision. Good product, just feels a bit more expensive than it should be.

"Payment options are alright, I guess"
Shoppassport worked fine for me and my card went through without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. I just kind of expected more payment options, you know? Maybe it’s just me, but it felt a little less flexible than I was hoping for.

"Final total didn’t match checkout"
I was already trying to get through checkout quickly, so it was really irritating to see one total shown and then get hit with a final charge that had extra fees that didn’t add up. The tax estimate was off too, which made the whole thing feel misleading. i don’t have patience for that kind of surprise charge, so I won’t be using Passport again.

"Box showed up smashed and support basically shrugged"
My order arrived with the box all crushed up, and one of the items inside was bent. I don’t know what happened in transit, but it definitely looked like it wasn’t handled with much care. When I reached out, support just kept pointing out that it had been delivered, which wasn’t really the issue. Kind of felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility for it.

"Good support, but still a bit disappointed"
They got back to me quickly and did fix the issue, which I appreciated. I’m just a little disappointed that I had to deal with the problem in the first place
